Did you use a tripod with self timer or did you have a friend hold your camera for this shot!

Always nice to see the real photographer behind the "profile" and all posts!

interesting... two people at the side is sorta distracting... and yes... I always wondered how to take good self portraits... cause using timer is just so hard and its full of guess work... at least for me...

For this sort of shot I think a closer crop focusing on the face and arm would be better and also eliminate some distracting elements.
